What happens if i have issues with my piece or it is damage during shipping?
We take personal pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture, as each piece is created by our own two hands. our attention to detail in design, material, and construction is uncompromising. and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
If your piece has been damaged in-transit, please keep all crating materials, document the damage by taking clear, unfiltered pictures, and notify us within 3 business days. If your piece was delivered via white glove delivery service, you must also document the damage with the delivery personnel prior to them leaving your home.
We accept returns of our standard pieces within 30 days. please retain all packaging material and contact us as soon as possible for return shipping instructions. you will be responsible for return shipping charges, except when the return is due to a defect or damage. once we have received the return, we will issue a refund for your purchase price only (any charged taxes will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns of custom orders, including customized dimensions of our standard pieces, except when the return is due to a defect or damage.
